Hi there! I am so glad you found The Coping Collaboration. A little about me... I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a School Counselor. Within my private practice, DT Counseling, LLC, I specialize in working with children ages 4-12 and some teens. I was also in education for 14 years as a school counselor and teacher in the Wichita Public School system. While working in the public schools I got to experience the importance of professional connection with colleagues. Being in private practice can, often times, feel lonely. Through a close group of other like-minded mental health professionals, I have found the ability to thrive professionally, but also feel recharged and care for myself. Through The Coping Collaboration I hope to share that same experience with you. We pour into others all day long, it is time to pour into yourself with The Coping Collaboration.

Mission
In creating The Coping Collaboration, our mission is to create transformative retreats for therapists that seamlessly blend self-care with continuing education. We aim to foster collaboration and connection among mental health professionals, empowering them to rejuvenate, grow and enhance their practice in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Vision
Our vision is to become a valuable resource for therapists to recharge and grow, both personally and professionally. We want to build a strong community of collaborating mental health professionals who support one another, so together we can continue making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
